Asian Games Stamps
The first Asian Games were held at New Delhi on 8 to 11 March 1951, when ten nations took part. These multi-sport Games have since 1954 been held at four-yearly intervals. A predecessor of the Asian Games were the Far Eastern Games, first held in 1913 in Manila, with China, the Philippines and two Japanese atheletes taking part.
